What do you think about these wheels I found in CL?

I like the price. Would they fit my 540i?

yea too much tire and price is not that good since you might need to change the tires i would say give him 250$ lol

why would you need to change the tires? There's not too much tire, 235/45/17 is 25.32 and 205/65/15 is 25.49

I think some just jumped on the "too much tire" bandwagon.

235/45/17 is exactly the right size.

They're great. If I had some spare cash, I'd take a drive to Everett and pick them up. Size should be correct - I have 225-60-15 on my stock wheels, and that would be the equivalent for that diameter and profile.

"too much tire"?

235/45/17 is factory size for 17" rims. If I had a spare $450 right now I'd pick 'em up for winter wheels.

Might be able to talk him down on price, check for dryrot on tires if they have been sitting.

I sent an email on Friday but the guy never replied. maybe he was gone for the long weekend? Maybe he sold them already, we will see. I actually send another email for OEM 18" M-Pars listed for 675 with almost new Toyos. He didn't reply either.
