Title says it all, have adapters for an e36 so you can put 6x9's in the rear deck. Found them on eBay for $30 and $60 on the BSW site, im asking $20 plus shipping.

i'm a noob when it comes to upgrading the sound system... will the e36 HK system take any 6x9 speakers? if so, i'll take them.

Sadly, they are already sold. However, I can still help out with the question more than likely.

You may be able to get by with the stock amp as long as you arent looking for a really hard hit. Many 6x9's will need something stronger than the factory setup in order to hit with any amount of base. I had an amp that I got from walmart for about 60 bucks, it was 200 watts I think, and I ran the 6x9's directly off of that. I just needed to run a crossover from the headunit so that I could control those separately of the actual subs I had in the trunk. If you are looking for good quality sound with that extra hit you will probably want to go with some form of aftermarket amp, but you should be able to get sound out of them using the factory setup.
