Im new in this I have a E36 328 1997 four door (european version) with 16x7" Style 25 alloy wheels (I believe ET 46) with 225/50-16 tyres and I want to change it to 18x8 ET42 with 225/40-18 tryes, ah!! I droped down my car 2" with Eibach Pro kit springs

Somebody knows if this new alloy wheel could fit it in my car with rolling the fenders?

Seems like you'll be okay. I searched a couple of threads and people say it's only a problem if you run wider tires like 235s/245s/255s. Since you're going with 225, you should be okay!

I run a 18x8.5 ET 38 w/ 225/40/18 Fronts and 245/40/18 Rears with a slight roll in the rear with no problems. I've ran 255/40/18s with no problems as well.

Sorry for the sorta thread jack but if i can get my question answered it saves me from making another can theses wheels fit thread LOL.

i'm running on billies and h&r race springs, rolled fenders, and in the rear i run 18x9" +26mm offset rims on 245/35/18 hankook ventus v12 evo tires.

no rubbing here ;)

I believe I will have the same problem too with my 18x8 ET35 and Eibach lower spring (2" low) but i will run only 225/40-18 all around.

But I need to wait some weeks more to fit my new wheels in my car, because are in the ship in the midlle of the ocean !!!

thats why im stepping down the tire height to a 35 instead of a 40 or 45 to compinsate for the 1 inch larger diameter rim. and gunna stretch it a bit
