Need something for an E60 m5

My carsoft 6.5 is not working for my 06 e60 m5 and my universal obdII read will not reset the multiple service settings. I have V39 of the GT1 but never installed or used it, will that work? What do I need to use on that car?

Carsoft v6.5 is past its expiry date on everything after about April 2004. INPA/EDIABAS or Carsoft v8.3 will work, not sure about GT1 v39 but v44 lists the 2005 M5.

Carsoft v6.5 is past its expiry date on everything after about April 2004. INPA/EDIABAS or Carsoft v8.3 will work, not sure about GT1 v39 but v44 lists the 2005 M5. So I can just get the INPA/EDIABAS software and use my same hardware or do I need new hardware? The reason I ask is my carsoft hardware does nothing with the INPA and I am working on getting DIS V57
