windshield trim came off,

How do you put the windshield trim back on my '93 525i? It came off while driving one night.....kinda looks bent a bit, possibly from the wind, but the tabs holding the windshield have broken, so there's nothing to adhere the trim to. Have any of you guys out there used some kind of epoxy cement or something to hold it down? help!

mine just popped off too.
I'm going to the wrecker tomarrow to pull another set.
Was thinking a couple dabs of RTV to hold the replacements on.

Any tricks to getting good ones off without cracking them?

mine flew off at about 120 mph, pulled over and ran across the highway like a moron to get them lol. Dabbed a little epoxy on and c clamped them down overnight, that was a few years ago and they're still all good.
