Is there an easy way to identify them as the real deal? Do they have part numbers on them? Also, has anyone installed them in a non-M5 E34? If so, what kind of drop and ride did it gave you?
I found some close to me and will try to see them next Friday but would like to know how to identify them.
Thanks in advance!

The springs on the m5's are for suspension leveling (all m5's has suspension leveling) just so you know.
But i think it'll give you a decent ride height (nor too high nor very low) on a non suspension leveling e34.

I'm gonna disagee on suspension leveling on my m5. I don't have a switch for edc or asc on my center console. Ill know today when I jack up the rear end

Actually, I checked the part numbers in RealOEM and it shows that a 540i sedan AND E32's also use the same rear springs but the fronts are used only on the M5.

EDC springs are specific to EDC cars.

Non-EDC M5 fronts fit non-M5 E34 cars, all factory M5 rears are specific to self leveling and/or EDC systems, bushings and mounts are different.

Ok?
No one said anything about EDC before your post. EDC is NOT the suspension leveling system i was talking about. (you know sls delte?) probably that is what someone has done to your car if yours doesn't have that.
And what switch? SLS doesn't take use of a switch. Nor i have said anything about ASC, geez..

It wasn't a direct shot at what you know.
I thought edc was a suspension adjustment system. And that there is a button next to the asc on cars equipped with it.
