WTB: e36 Tan heated power seats and carpet

hey guys i got a 325is from a friend for very cheap and want to fix it up for a work car/daily driver to keep the miles off my e46 m3... engine starts right up and runs great but there are some things i need to fix up...

im looking for the following:

-2 front power, heated tan seats
-2 front tan door cards (or hole door any color but pref red)
- Tan or black carpet (pref tan)

and some body parts (pref red):

-hood
-driver side fender
-front bumper

I have a really nice set of tan heated power seats removed from a sedan. Idk if they would work for you because of no tilt if you are riding people in the back, but They are really nice with no rips, tears, stains, etc. I'll take $150 obo for the pair....
