Are the M5 rear tires right at the wear bar? Should they be replaced very soon?

Are the M5 wheels a staggered set up?
Will the M5 wheels fit 2002 540ia (sport) without any modifications-fender rolling or liner change? I currently have 17x8 fronts and 17x9 rears. I am located in northern NJ.

rear have 1000 miles left on them, front are at 3mm
