I have four 215/60R-16 Bridgestone Blizzak WS60 tires mounted on four 16x7 Rial Salerno Silver rims. I had them on my 2002 BMW 540i but sold the car and they won't fit on any of our vehicles. I purchased this set of rims with tires new from tirerack dot com. I used them for approximately three months and I put about 3,000 miles on these rims/tires. There is plenty of tread left and the rims look new. There is nothing wrong with these wheels. The Blizzak WS60's perform outstanding in the snow. I paid $907 for these wheels and I'm asking $600 or best offer. I can deliver them at no extra charge to the Denver - Colorado Springs area.

chuckindivide,

I am interested in these tires. I have had a 1998 540i since last June and have loved it. It handles incredibly well on dry and wet roads but I took it to the mountains for the first time in the winter last weekend and lost control on some black ice ending up in a snow bank. The car will be ok (I think) but I am freaked out about taking it to the mountains ever again unless I can be confident that the car will handle ok on snow and ice. What has been your experience with icy roads and roads with black ice there in the Denver area with your '02 540i and these snow tires? How about on snow? Any trouble with the RWD causing instability? My car's stock rims are 17-inch - would the fact that these are 16-inch cause problems? Would shipping to the San Francisco Bay Area be an option?

Thanks,
perryc
