Opening up Center Bore

Just got some corvette bolt pattern wheels and I need to open up the center bore a bit. Just wondering if there is any way to DIY this?

I wouldn't, unless you work in a machine shop

since BMW's rely on a hubcentric installation anything other than a machine shop would likely result in a speed wobble
