Today I hit my rear drivers-side wheel against a curb. The wheel now has some minor curb rash and I was wondering if there was any way to get this repaired... :(

You might check out some of the moblie wheel repair guys--I had them repair a wheel on my '06 A4 once...I think it was like $75 to repair minor rash and paint--The results were very good...There are some paint pens made for touching up wheels as well, for minor scrapes..

as godot stated, the mobile repair guy may be your best route. you can find directions online on how to do a 'home repair' with bondo and paint but that gets ripped off the minute you change your tires.

What does the mobile repair guy do different than bondo and paint so that it does not "gets ripped off the minute you change your tires."?

I would imagine he would not be using bondo and paint for one thing....

Really? So what is he using instead of paint?

welding metal in to fill the rash. sanding & grinding it down to smooth it out and then repainting. this is what any true wheel repair shop does, if you get a hack, you may get hack quality work.

nice edit by the way. ;)

Welding metal?? You are joking right? These guys are in a van and don't have access to the correct tools or knowledge on how to weld magnesium. These guys use bondo and paint just like you do yourself if you take the job on. Its a pretty easy job if you take your time with the prep.

specialty alloys are one thing seriously, if the guy shows up and won't show you his equipment, you may as well call one of these guys:
