I was thinking about buying these from someone: http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/8466/16x7.jpg

who claims they fit 318i, 320i, 323i, 325i, 328i, 330i, and Z3. (I've got an e46 with 15's, so offset and bore are my only concerns besides condition)
he also included the following code: 7JX16HZ (maybe it's supposed to be H2?)

Anyway, I don't know of a 3er-compatible rim that looks like this...aren't these e39 rims?

It looks like a good deal, so if they're right I'll take the drive to check them out. Of course, I'll test fit, but if you can save me 1.5 hours of useless driving, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Yes, these are e39 wheels. The hub will be 74.1 and offset should be between 15 and 22. I wouldn't think they would fit a 3 series well at all.

Thanks. Someone told me they were running e39 rims (20mm offset) on a 3er...with spacers...but I'm not sure I buy it. I don't see how to get the wheels further in.

Hello, I also need some help on rim identification. Anyone know the right name for these rims? I know, that they are OZ 17x8,5" ET 15.
Heres the picture:

Those are worthless, send them to me so that I can "dispose" of them. :D

Seriously, those wheels are sick. I would like more info as well.

The problem is, that I have only two of these and I would like to search for two more, but have no idea how, if I dont know the exact name of the rim.

It would be worth it. I've been doing my own research on them as well. I will update with any info.
