BMW Fast track student, looking for job

im graduating from Ohio Technical College's BMW Fast track program (just like STEP only shorter) and i was wondering if anyone knows when BMW dealerships are looking to hire. any specific time of year like winter, spring, or summer?

and if anyone knows if any dealers on Long Island are hiring that'd be great

I would start by putting your app on STEP Connection.
I am not sure of how many dealers actually use the STEP Connection so you should also:
Search for dealers in Long Island and send them electronic and/or hard copies of your resume.
Call them a week after sending them your info to see if they received it, this will also show you're interested in the job.
Depending on what they say, call back every couple weeks to check in and let them know you're still interested.
Mr. Dietz, Madre, Klaus, and Boyle are great references. Check with them first and find out if your dealer of choice can call them to inquire about you.
