As in sickly. I replaced a bad washer pump with an O'Reilly Taiwan special, perhaps stupidly. Washer never worked in the 5 months I owned so I don't have any comparison to go off. (bad owner!) One jet that works on the drivers doesnt even make it to the window, pass. side one jet works a little, as you can see on the vid. Clogged jets or crap aftermarket pump?

Have you taken the lining off the hood and checked the supply hose connections? Had one of mine break and it exhibited the same behavior as you're describing. A new plastic supply hose connector and it was all better.

Thanks. I have not, yet. I'll pull it off and see what I find though.

Hmm, I don't think I have ever used mine since I bought the car

Really, its not rocket science.

If the pump is pumping (which it is), check your lines, check your nozzles for clogs. It just a water pump into some pieces of hose into some spray nozzles .

Probably a broken line. Check at the front by the hinge since that is where the hose flex when the hood is raised and lowered.

As others have said check your lines. My old 1990 535 had a broken end on one of the nozzles under the insulation. Went to a junkyard and found a 1991 535 and the connectors were completely different for the electrical for the heated nozzles. Make sure you get the right ones.
