WILL CSL REPS FROM 330I E46 fit 328i e36?

Offset in fronts are 40
Offset in rears are 45

Fronts: 225/40-18
Rears: 255/35-18

Please help out a buddy.

If they are the VMR setup, 19x8.5 ET40 and 19x9.5 ET45, they will fit.

I'm on stock shocks and struts with dinan springs all around.
Getting bilstein shocks and struts soon.
I believe it is 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 staggered off a 330i e46
for my e36 328is.
Will they fit?
I heard there are two different setups for e46 and e36. From the seller of a store who sells velocity motoring rims, he said e46 csl reps will not fit e36
is that true?

They are 18x8.5 and 18x9.5.
So they should fit right?
