Question about traction control and lights

1. I hear some people talking about turning traction control off or ASC maybe its not the same thing? How do I toggle it on and off.

2. And for lighting.... There are a pair of rectangle shaped lights below the lowbeams and high beams. How do you turn those on?

95's don't have ASC.

Those are the fog lights, to the right of the main headlight switch there will be a small round push button, push it in, it will turn them on.
