Not easily.

The conforti cam kit uses an HFM, but this is a package deal including many other upgrades. Around $3000. Not a bad way to go though if you have the cash

Dinan offers one for around $800 i believe (HFM + install kit)

A tuner in my area uses an HFM & Unichip setup. (Bill Boom
& Arctic Fox are using this setup) Not sure what other tuners are taking this approach. I believe it takes a great deal of skill & experience with BMWs
