So today i found out from my mechanic that the control arms that i bought about a month 1/2 ago from Bavarian Auto Sport were faulty, the bushings were loose. I called them and they'll exchange them for new ones (thank God) but i gotta send them first so i won't be able to drive it for a few days. Should i keep buyin from them or should i stay away?

As long as your Indy installs them CORRECT they should last.
What brand was it?

e38.org has the instructions you need to do it yourself. You can practically rebuild your entire car from that site.
I personally don't buy from Bav Auto because their prices are not that great but sounds like they at least have good customer service if they are going to replace them for you. Are the parts OEM?
It may be a manufacturer problem not a dealer issue.

What issues made you bring the car to the shop? Were you hearing any noises or was it more of a drive ability problem? Just curious.

Join BMW CCA and get 10-15% off of parts and it'll be OEM with no shipping costs attached. :)

well i replaced the control arms because i was gettin a shimmy at around 45-50 mph and it was gone rite after they replaced them but then i started feeling looseness when i drove on a rough road so i checked it myself and the wheel would move from 9 to 3 and i noticed that the bushing from the new control arm was loose so i took it to my indy and he confirmed that the control arms were faulty. Rite now im driving my van while i have time to take them off and ship them back so i can get the new ones in....i miss drivin her :(

I hear ya, I only get to drive my 7 on the weekends, it just sits now. My wife was using it as a daily driver, but since the weather has turned, she's driving the Excursion.
