Does Tranny Rattle from ltw flywheel cause excessive wear?

Does anybody know what parts in the transmission are rattling due to a ltw flywheel?
Most importantly is there something in the tranny thats going to wear out much faster than normal due to this rattling? Loosening of the bolts etc.
