As far as for numbers, Dinan's website says it all. But it's a huge difference from stock. Very noticeable

No, the TCU from a 540 will not work in a 525.

No, the 540 TCU chip will not work on the 530 either. Can only use it on the 5HP30, so it SHOULD be fine in the M60 powered 840's & 740's as well thought I'd want to get the chip number and check with Dinan before installing it in a 740 or 840.
