A dealer that is smokin crack. More likely just fishing to get people in the store so he can sell them other mispriced crap. I've seen M540i's in TO selling for under $10K.

While I like the M540i, I would rather sink my cash into an M5 or Alpina B10 3.5 or Biturbo.
