I use Turtle wax total interior care http://www.turtlewax.com/main.taf?p=2,1,1,6 it works very well and doesn't leave any steaks or oily surfaces like Armorall or other products. Works on leather, plastic and vinyl and keeps interior from fading and cracking.

I use leather conditioner. For really oily/ dirty spots, dish soap works great

Always been a fan of Meguiar's, but there are a LOT of good products out there. Check out Autogeek

If you're looking solely for leather care product, do yourself a favor and stop wasting money and just but Leatherique products IMHO. I kick myself in the ass when I think about all the wasted time and money trying to find leather care products.

Here's my list of stuff:
Gilmour Foam Gun http://www.autogeek.net/pihagafofogu.html
The ShMITT http://www.autogeek.net/shmitt.html
Chemical Guys Citrus Wash+Gloss (To prepare paint for new wax, strips everything on the paint) http://www.chemicalguys.com/Premium_Car_Wash_Shampoo_p/cws_301.htm
Chemical Guys Maxi Suds II (For normal washes since it does not strip wax) http://www.chemicalguys.com/Car_Wash_Shampoo_Maxi_Suds_No_Wax_p/cws_101.htm

PM me if you would like more products. I can recommend a bunch for you.

Leatherique once a year (apply, let it sit through a nice sunny day, finish next morning). McGuire's Gold leather spray for general maintenance. I definitely recommend the Leatherique, though. It makes the leather nice and soft.

For leather surfaces and seats - Lexol
For other areas try the new MR Clean with Febreeze in it. Cleans nice and make the car smell nice.

for plastics I use Aerospace 303. UV protection and no gloss. especially good for the dash.
Leather I use leatherique two step process. i also like Zaino leather treatment
For glass I use invisible glass.

I generally do not use any other cleaners on the interior as I seldom have any dust as my window are up most of the time. very seldom ever sue the sunroof.

Okay, so I'm a noob (my last leather interior was so far gone I didn't bother...) but I was a little surprised to see what Bentley's recommends for cleaning leather : Woolite.
