WTB: M44 Long Block

Its been a while since I've been on this site. My 98 Ti recently took a bite. I thought it was the head gasket when the oil and coolant mixed together, but after having a shop take the head off, they found a large crack in my engine block http://www.318ti.org/forum/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif I'm looking for a long block to replace my current blown engine. Preferable:
Low Miles
Good Compression
Somewhere in the North East

I have a flat bed that I can drive to pick it up, but I'm not trying to go any further then ~500 miles from 14450
