Just bought my e34

Hey all, I just bought a 1990 e34 535i manual transmission, black on black etc etc and wanted to say hi. I'm sure I'm going to need your collective help when I begin my complete works of Tolstoy sized list of mods :) I previously owned an e30 325i with all sorts of fun lil touches, but it was crashed and subsequently sold (mental note, DON'T let other people drive your car), however I wanted to get back in the Bimmer seat and as such bought my new baby. So anyway... Hi.

Damn, that looks pretty mint. I had 3 e30's prior to my e34 and haven't had a second thought about any of them since. A MAF conversion and S3.73 will do miracles on changing the nature of the M30.

Thanks for the input. Yes, I'm LOVING it! Its the kind of car to have a relationship - not an ownership - with. On the M5 bumper note, does anyone know where I can get the missing tow hook cover? Also... any good sources for a quality aluminum interior kit? I've looked on google, but I'm not sure of the quality. Thanks for all the positive comments.

Nice lookin' car. I like black on black so much, that's what I got too (1994 540i, auto). But I doubt you'll ever see it, seeing as I'm like a whole 6 blocks or so away from you (I work at CC).

That tag hanging off the diff cover will tell you the ratio as well as whether or not it has posi. If there is an S in front of it then it does. If not, well then it doesn't.
