1. On the passenger side, attached to the wheel well is a long set of wires with a plug on the end of it. It is ziptied to the well underneath the windshield washer reservoir. The wires head into the base of the big electrical box at the firewall on that side. The plug isn't attached to anything, and I can't find anything else unplugged that I think it should be attached to. What is it?

2. On the driver side, next to the fusebox at the firewall there are a few metal Bosch things. They have a black rubber hoses running to them, and they click a lot when the car is running. What are they?

I will post pictures of the items in a few hours (at work now) if I can't get an answer without them.

I think you may be describing the heater valve as #2

Also, where is that bracket supposed to be screwed in on my throttle cable? Just noticed that it is just hanging there.

That bracket is bolted to the firewall under the heater control valves.

#1 I have that same plug down there, also unplugged. I am thinking its for headlight washers or something along those lines.

#2 heater/aux water pump valves.
