HELP !! wipers crapped out

My freakin wipers crapped out on me while driving home today!! The kicker was that it was raining, not easy to drive with no wipers. They were working one second then not working the next .... they did this once before but in the ten minutes i was lookin at it they started working again. Any help would be good as it will be rainy here for a while to come and I need my car to get to and from work and really dont want to drive it with no wipers....

Check the bolts on the wipers.. Lift the rubber cap at the base and see if the nut is loose.. this is usually the problem..

Can't help with the cause, but it wouldn't hurt to use some Rain-X for those times when they do quit again.

Thanks Ramoo the bolts were loose hopefully thats all it was and jmo69 I will be gettin some ranx tmrw hahaha thanks for the advise

It's some amazing stuff when properly applied. At least it will help you get home if they fail again.

No Probs bro.. I freaked out the first time it happened to me. always check your bolts before winter.
