Steering wheel will not move or tilt

Looked at a 528it tonight and this was the only problem with the car. Could someone point me in the direction of the right part.

does the drvs seat move, if not you need the seat trim and seat module (seat switch)

seat is fine. just the steering wheel tilt function. even the telescopic works fine. I like my wheel all the way down and I know this is going to drive me crazy after I pick this car up.

With the ignition on lower down the passenger side sunwiser and open the mirror and see if affects it. If it does then the ignition switch is on its last laps.

:rolleyes :confused I don't have possession of the vehicle yet. Hopefully after today if everything goes well. Right now its in Atlanta and I'm still in Alabama.:(

check the fuse for the steering wheel. Probably in the main box in the glove compartment.

Ok. I hate waiting. Been on the phone with the finance back and forth all morning trying to get this thing approved.

imho the steering wheel tilt is one of my favorite features, and a broken one would be a definite no-go for me. Also if that's broken think what other things might be broken???

Everything else is perfect except that I don't have it yet, but that will be changing soon.
