Next upgrade for OBDII?????

I have a 1996 Me with Dinan SF and CAI, so my questions is what can I do next to get mor HP and TQ w/o putting myself into a loan?

Fan delete, cams, lighter flywheel (won't actually give you more hp, but it frees up the drivetrain), 98 M-Roadster intake boot, pulleys, there's a lot of stuff out there if you search.
