I've emailed Vac and Turner and have yet to receive responses. Anyone know how to mount one of these on an e34? What hub kit do I need?

This is what came in the mail today.

Looks like it fits any regular hubkit for any sparco or momo wheel. Ofcourse it should fit the BMW too hehe.

alright... I just see hub kits (for Momo only) and they list a lot of models but not the e34. Wasn't sure who had used one... which one he/she had used etc. FWIW I have a 7/95 production date car.

I just put a MOMO Competition on mine, but it came with an adapter.

Thanks. Just emailed them. Have a pick of your wheel installed? Using a spacer or just the adaptor?

Turner Motorsports just emailed me and said there is no Momo hub adaptor for the e34... yet people have them. WTF.

330mm? Tiny. 370mm is as small as one can get while still seeing the gauges.

I wanted a nice small wheel... at this point it's pretty much just a track car... then again it doesn't really matter until I can find an adaptor that works.

E34n - let me know what ends up fitting. I have an E46 wheel on my car if that helps. I've seen PN# for Sparco hubs but I am not sure what is correct

I checked a few websites and it looks like the E36 one is correct, MOMO part # 2008. Might wanna check that part # out?

I can get them if you need. I have that # in stock. w00t!

And sparco mounts on Momo and all?

If you have these in stock can you get pics of the E36 vs E46 hubs? Because I have an E46 Sport steering wheel on my E34, and it fits right on.

Yes, MOMO and SPARCO have the exact same bolt pattern. The other 6 bolt steering wheels out there that are different are NARDI and PERSONAL.

If worst comes to worst, NARDI has an adapter for the E34's and you can always get one of those wheels, or get the MOMO to NARDI adapter. :)

Shoot me a price.. .might as well keep the business in the e34 family.

edit: looks like the going rate on ebay is $65-67 shipped. If you can get in that ballpark I'd obviously prefer to purchase from a board member.

Driving the car to Raleigh on the 6th of November with a passenger. Need them back by the 2nd at the latest so there's a little time to troubleshoot should there be any issues. If they don't get PC'd it's not a big deal.

for anyone else in the future, the earlier e34 uses the e30 hub. IIRC its sometime up till late 91 build date. After that they use the e34 hub

I've got one just haven't installed it yet. Probably get my mechanic in Tampa to throw it in when I eventually get down there. I'd rather have someone who's experienced with building race cars do it...

Sounds good. It really depends when I get my new setup up and going.

Are the autocrosses out there BMWCCA?

I can't read the # on the side of the box. But it is for the pre- 95 E34's.
