Tire choices

I have a set of 16x8 et23 and im trying to find the best tire size to put them on. i done a search so far 205/50/16 seems to be a decent choice. ive also looked at 205/45/16 225/50/16 and 225/45/16. im getting coilovers and i want a tire size that will handle well. if i need too ill roll the fenders. i going low but not looking for slam.

I would say that the 225/50R16 is the best size tire for the car. The problem is with that offset the wheels are going to stick out of the wheel well. You are going to need to do more than roll the fender lips.
