Only happens on cold starts but is a lot worse when I leave my car sitting for 2+ days. The car shakes and almost dies but never actually did. Until my car is fully warmed up, it'll run smoothly but before that when in idle, the car shakes. I have cleaned the icv valve and also my dinan cai. What other suggestions do you guys have out there? Please let me know and thanks!

I have replaced my throttle body gaskets and ccv valve/cover. I thought it was the manifold gasket too but all seems fine. But I will get to replacing that soon.

Definatly check the vaccume lines. While the cars running sprey some carb cleaner on some of the major lines and wait for the car to rev slightly.

why would this only happen when cold then? do the parts expand that much when worm that it would seal a vacuum leak?

wierd, usually those 2 you replaced ARE the cause. IM gaskets not so much. Then again, you never know...
