Used for autoX... perfect to stay B Stock legal....

Rims are not bent and are in great condition. Only used for autoX... I dont even drive them to the event (Hoosiers)... I swap them at the event...

Anyhow... Im asking $1000 with Hoosiers that were used for ONE event.

Sorry for OT: can you put a 245/40 tire on a 7-1/2" wheel? I thought 235 was the max you could put on a 7-1/2" wheel.

Nope.. no issues here...

I'll take some pics tonight... The Hoosiers still show the "diagonal tread" , but only barely.

images as promised:

Tires are $208 each new from Tire Rack. That is $832 + shipping there already!!

You can barely see it in the pics.. but the diagonal treads are still visible...

are these the staggered set-up ?? if so r they 17x7.5 in front and 17x8.5 in rear ? OR r all 4 wheels 17x7.5 ?

NOT staggered. Staggered is not BS legal.

I may be interested in just the Hoosiers, if you're willing to sell them seperately.

One question: Were the Hoosiers used for one autoX event (i.e. four runs) or one driving school event. Sorry, but they look a little worn for just one autoX event!
:)

They were used for actually 8 runs (co-driver).

The pics dont really depict the wear too well, that was why I was trying to describe that the diagonal "tread" was still visible ;)

if the diagonal lines are there the tires have good life in 'em...the A-is an autox compound so is it a bit softer than the R3s03? I also didn't think the 245 would go optimally on a 8" wheel let alone a 7.5"...do you think it effects performance noticably versus say a 9" or 8.5" wide wheel?

Sunir, the A compound is not any softer that I know of... the materials inside are a little different... the A heats up much faster while the R takes longer to heat up....

I didnt think they would fit either, but Paul at Raial said they would be fine. Theoretically.. the contact patch would not be totally right and the sidewalls might flex more... but to me they worked great...

Ideally though, I want to get some SSR comps in 17x9 and put the same Hoosiers on...

I am still interested in the tires. Will you sell the tires seperately?
