Vehicle Service History Question

Hi - looking at a used 2008 328xi from a used car dealer and trying to get a service history from my local BMW dealer; however they are not willing to do so unless I pay $190 for a complete inspection. Is there any way around this? Thanks

Only if you know a tech who is willing to take the risk of doing it under the table. Try to call around, maybe some dealers will charge less or do it for free to win your business.
