Looks photo chopped to me. Can't say why exactly, but some of the reflections in the paint don't look right.

Edit: Definite photo chop. Behind the rear quater window you can clearly see a cut and paste / non blended box in the shadowed area.

There was a E34 convertible concept. Doesn't mean that the coupe exists. Anyways, it didn't need to exist because the E31 did.
