Goodyear F1 Asymmetric. Are these mounted correctly?

Just got these mounted for the fronts, the thread pattern is a bit weird and there are no rotational directions on the tires. It only says this side outwards and this side inwards. Are they mounted in the correct direction?

They are mounted fine if "outside" is on the outside of the tire. They are not directional tires and can be ran on either the left of the right side.
