Brake pads are getting low or pad sensor has a lot of dust on it and it can't read the linings properly.

The pads are almost new... and if the break sensor is dirty will the breaks not work at all?

Brake. Why not make some more threads? That helps.

Yea I've had the same reading too for a while, I disconnected the battery to reset the computer and still had it, so the other day when I checked my front rotors which are pretty worn, I decided to order a pair of new rotors, pads, and a sensor, this fixed the problem.
