BBS question

I have aquired some BBS RS GT's and was wondering if there is a place to get some touch up diamond black paint... If it cant be done, how hard is it to remove the centers and get them repainted? Would I have to take the tire off the rim to remove the center? I know i would have to remove all air from the tire but would that be enough would I need to remove the tire too?
