Wondering if I can get away with a 205/40 front and 215/40 for some 17x8.5 et13's on my e36 without fender modifications...

yes, sorry, I was in a bit of a rush when I posted that. the vehicle is lowered (not in sig) with FK springs with a drop rated at 75mm in the front and 45mm in the rear, I've taken measurements before, but I can't recall what the current ride height is.

im pretty sure that you will rub, but barely. In the rear, im running a 18x9 et+13 with a 215/35 and i rub on hard bumps. I would just get the fender rolled to be on the safe side. when i ran unrolled fender with my setup, i was shreadding the sidewall off the tires lol

got any pics of how low the car sits now?

if you run those tire sizes and it's not dumped, you're going to have awkward fender gap

and you want to run bigger tires in the rear, with the same size wheels all around?

Here's a pic from the day I installed the springs. The car sits lower now as they've settled since then...

(Don't mind the lip, it has been removed :shifty)

I love the drop, I just wish they were a bit stiffer, especially since I plan on shoving some wide wheels under there. Oh well, we shall see...

The lip was from an MkIII Vr6 GTI.
