I've searched but couldn't reach a clear answer, BMW recommends 75/140 for lsd units but a lot of ppl recommend 75/90 with friction modifier. Just got an e-mail from Turnermotorsport recommending 2 bottles of these : http://www.turnermotorsport.com/html/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=75/90
What do u think ?
( The car is a 328i with an M3 rear end 3.23 lsd )

Redline is the best

+1 amen to that. Its a little hard to find local, but worth it. I have a 2.91 LSD in my 325 and i run 75/90 Redline. I heard that after a good amount of miles (or a more worn LSD) its better to run the 75/90.

yup, its pretty hard to go wrong with 75/90.... just as long as its synthetic. A little more $ but really worth it

LSD has 50k miles on it! ( just bought it, not installed on the car yet ) thats why im carefull picking oil. Also these bottles will fly overseas to me and will cost a lot $$ , just wanted to make sure this is the best oil i can go with.

I've used many different gear oils for my LSD and I have a 3.23 off of a 99 M3. I use swepco now 75/90 full synthetic, it costs a lot but I find it to be the best for my style of driving. swepco is what porsche uses factory for all of their cars.

We have quite a few options available, however the RedLine is our best selling fluid:
