Issues with unlocking...

This morning I tried to unlock my car using the keyless entry(lock and trunk release buttons work), and it wouldn't work, so I used the valet, but only the driver side opened. So when I got in my car and pressed the unlock button, the doors still wouldn't unlock, has anyone run into this problem or have a solution?...

Did you try a search? The have been numerous posts on similar issues. Start by checking your fuse, then do a search.

I just purchased an 07 335i which had that problem at the dealer (not a BMW dealer)

They took it to BMW and it was fixed in two days under warranty.

In case you havn't noticed, your fuel door most likely will not open either. You have to use the manual release which is located in the trunk on the wall near the fuel door.

Door Lock Actuators. Common Problem on E90 3-Series

Replace the fuse if you want to get it working before bringing the car in for repair. Chances are one of the door lock actuators has an excessive current draw causing the fuse to blow, definitely a known issue.
