after driving the car for a while and its fully warmed up. Only going up a hill the car will shift from 2-3 only at high rpms between 4k-5k. Then it will shift fine. It only happens sometimes and going on an incline. Is this normal? i know the transmission fluid is not dirty but i plan on doing a flush soon. Also i need to change my transmission mounts so they could contribute this problem...

Your transmission can sense the load. So instead of bogging the engine when there is a lot of load, it will keep it in gear at higher rpm's. So to answer the question, yes it is normal.
