thats a bad E28.. but not for the E34.. i've seen better and what are the specs btw..
I really like the e28.. I'd swap for it.

If the E28 had euro bumps or I had a good hookup on a set I would definitely swap... or would I?!

I'm now the owner of the e34:

I've put a shit ton in maintenance into it since acquiring. I actually traded my e36 for the car and then he (Jon, the owner of the e28) sold the e36.
Old e36:

I also did the ground control install on the e28.
FWIW, the oil pan is now smashed to little pieces on that car.

E28 was great 20 years ago, but the interior is pretty Spartan
even by E34 standards.

Sixerkid, are you near Ocean city? Do you get out to H20i every year?

I'm actually in Baltimore. I work for an Audi tuner and I believe we'll have a booth. We were at Waterfest earlier in the summer up in NJ.

Awesome, I don't usually head to Waterfest anymore cause it gets a little more fast and furious every year. I heard this year was nice though. Hit me up, I'll be at the WaWa eating egg salad! :P

Yea it was pretty trashy. I worked the Unitronic booth all weekend. At least the models were hot.

Yeah we always stay at the Hotel right across the street, me and all my CT buddies are addicted to WaWa! We don't have such luxuries around here ;)

E34 standards????!!!! Are you somehow saying the E34's interior is some how ancient?
The E34's interior is still lesson in functional ergonomics. Granted it does not look like a starship as cars today but it is still looked at by designers. the placement of knobs, buttons, gauges, pedal placement.
Modern cars now have what the E34 had 20 years ago!

I agree, my first BMW (80' 633) was the same way.
Everything placed in reach where it should be.
The E34 design has done a great job with the test of time.
But the E28 has not.

+1 on the ergonomics. I slide into my e34 and it's like it was made for me. I love the e28 lines though, not more or less than the e34, just an old school feel of a proper car. I've been thinking about an e28 as a next toy. They look awesome!
