and holy crap.. it's fast.

this car is amazing. it has NO similarities to the old 760.. it's smooth, acceleration is amazing, no lag anywhere... i'm extremely impressed.

Isn't the 760 the reason why an M7 isn't necessary?

every version of the 7 series has gotten bigger and uglier

I actually like the e32, but it's down hill from there, very fast

yup.

i'd say a 544hp twin turbo V12 is sufficient

Indeed. The 7 series are getting very ugly. But you can't deny, the 760Li is one you'd get.xD

i think the new ones look fantastic..

the E65/66 on the other hand..... not so much.

we had 2 company cars a couple years ago, both 750's and they had so many problems it scared me away from any "options" on my new bmw

those things were constantly in the shop for electrical gremlins, and they are why I got my 135i with no options like nav

an E65 i'm assuming..

and yes... they had some issues, especially the early ones.

the nav on my 135, and my new Z4 are awesome though. never an issue.

yeah, they scared me so much I will never buy a bmw with any extra's like nav or active steering or cruise

Your a negative nancy.

I saw the 760Li today in person too, wish i could drive it but im not even suppost to see it yet i don't think.

I'm sure they are a beast because the current 750 does a 14 in the quarter or something i believe. So the 760li i sure to be in the 13's and its a 7! Thats pretty BA i don't care who you are.

I can't wait to play with it, your lucky Bowmang. Do you know what is unique to it like the old 760li had?

I didn't know they were going a 760. Very nice.

The only thing I don't like about the new 7ers are the grilles. Other than that, they are sex!

760 is going to be awesome!

Do want.

And IMO, the only ugly 7's are the prefacelift E65/E66. The rest are all very understated/elegant.

I prefer KISS, and that usually makes a lighter faster car too

Don't the 760s also have some sort of wood inlay on the dash that's different than the regular V8 version?

well, pretty much all i noticed was quad exhaust tips, and the door sill covers, and the fender trim say "V12"

i didn't even know i was looking at a 760 at first... i'm not sure if that'll change though, because this one is pre pro

hmm.. i didn't notice anything, but i also wasn't looking for it. i'll check it out tomorrow.

Was going to say the exact same thing. That car is still effing hideous. After they revised it, as minor the changes were in regards to the overall shape, the impact turned it into a beautiful car.

And the F01 is much better looking on the front in person. You never know how those big kidneys are going to turn out from the pictures.

Ya the old 760 had the wood stitching at certain spots.

I was more or less wondering if they had a more baller fridge then the last one.

Damn...JUST missed it.

Ya you did man, its chillin in the back room with two more GT's now.

I've seen it in person. It looks really good... except for the kidneys.

I've seen an F01 on the road and another at the dealership, and it's a stunning car in person. Big kidneys and all.

what's cool/weird about the F01 is how the rear wheels rotate to help turn the car
