My car is an e36 with m brakes and Tein Basic adjustable suspension.
The suspension is originally for a coupe and I put it on a convertible.
I understand that the valve damping on them is slightly different vert vs coupe (info from tein)
On of my rear shocks has failed (may have been from a pot hole) and tein wants 4-6 weeks to rebuild one for 75.00 I really don't want to give up the car in the fall for that long so I was wondering if an experienced e36er can give me advice on what options I have purchasing new shocks elsewhere or do I have to stay with Tein?
