Finished head gasket job now the secondary air pump doesn't work. The funny thing is the car has not thrown any CEL codes for secondary air not working. Power to pin 2 of the relay but none at the pump connection. Any ideas? Also, cold starts she doesn't turn over until three or four tries. Could these issues be related. Does the DME relay work in conjunction with sec. air relay?
