HELP! Brake caliper rebuild troubles!

HELP!! I got the pistons out cleaned the calipers nicely and painted them. the pistons will slide in with the inner seal, but not when I put the dust seal on I don't know how in the world I can get them together again.

Baisicly I got the dissasembly, cleanup, and seals; but I cannot get the pistons in.

Thanks if anyone looked, but the dust seals were too thick and that was the problem. I am using the old dust seals because they are fine.

Did you try to put the dust seals on the caliper itself first, then slide the piston inside by kind of 'forcing' it in there? Don't push so hard that it will tear. I tried this method and mine went together just fine.

I got it. I had to trim the inner ridge of the dust seals, but it works well now. I will be putting up a repair guide on this.
