what is that weird looking cylinder thing where the filter/intake air box should go? it doesnt look like a filter to me.. i've never seen it before.

looks like some kind of short ram intake but it makes the car sound like crap. Reminded me of a motorcross bike

hmm. Funniest looking contraption i've seen in awhile.

it does kinda look like one of those "e-chargers" but they are ran by battery and look alittle diff if i recall.
