Subframe bolts just spinning

I'm doing subframe bushings and reinforcements,but the nuts on the subframe (towards the front of the car)are just spining the bolt and not loosening it.What's going on?

the mount the bolt is thread into is probably broke, its just a small weld on the top of the housing that holds everything in place, take it all down and you will be able to hold the threaded mount with a pair of vice grips and take the bolt out, at least that's how mine was.

Where does the bolt need to be rewelded,I lifted the back seat but don't see anything.
