Replacing Rear Windshield Trim

Hey guys, I just got back from a roadtrip to Ohio and i realized when i got there the trim on the left of the rear windshield was gone. It was peeling a little before so i tried to use poxy to keep it in there but it clearly didnt work. I know bavauto sells the whole trim for like 30 bucks. My question is..is it easy to change?..:help

I think there is a DIY that someone posted up recently, i'll try to find it when I get off work.
