Whats the Best Route STEP Vs TCC Vs Indy?

Well, Guys...I'm somewhat in a Pickle. I move to Arlington, Tx hoping to get a job at Mortiz BMW as a Training Tech. From what I Hear/Saw, Only way to get in there is to go to Tarrant Community College and is Accepted in the Automotive Program. Well, I got accepted in the program but they said they are not hiring after 2.5 weeks..:(

After, I found out that I wasn't going to be hired. I posted in the Tx. Section hoping someone can help me. Well, one Fellow Member posted up this some what local shop (45 mins away) that is looking for a Beginning Tech. Well, I had an interview today and all went well...Hopefully, hear back from him this Thrusday.

But, I got this thing in my mind that I should go to STEP program. I dont have the best grades in the world. Since, I was a Computer Science Major and not a Programming Guru. But I do have decent grades. My record is clean and all good.

If any know anyone that can help me to fullfill my Dream of Being a BMW Master Tech or BMW Performance Group would be great! :D

your first step is going to be getting into some sort of automotive training program, whether it be at the college, or at a tech school. do really well there and don't miss any classes.. then pursue STEP
